ProImage has the following requirements:

Clarion Versions

Clarion 9.x        (requires ImageEx for Clarion 9)

Clarion 8.x        (requires ImageEx for Clarion 8)

Clarion 7.x        (requires ImageEx for Clarion 7)

Clarion 6.x

Clarion 5.5H

ProImage is backwards compatible with Clarion 5.5.  Since it is based on ImageEx (which works with C55), there should not be any problems with it, but we do not provide technical support for any version older than C55 revision H.

ProImage works with any of the Clarion 9.x, 8.x, 7.x releases and any of the Clarion 6.x releases.

ImageEx Versions

clip0043

ImageEx 5.x  (required for Clarion 9 support)

ImageEx 4.x  (required for Clarion 7/8 support)

ImageEx 3.6

ProImage requires a minimum version of ImageEx 3.6.  If you are running an older version, please contact Solid Software to obtain an upgrade.  When you upgrade to ImageEx 3.6 we advise uninstalling versions older than ImageEx 3.5 and making sure you do not have any of the old ImageEx DLLs scattered about on your system.

You can get more information on ImageEx at the Solid Software website www.solidsoftware.de

ProImage is a full source code product and does not have any black-box DLLs

There used to be a small LIB file included (made with Libmaker) that allows the RegINI class to access the Windows "Special folder" locations, but instructions on how to create this LIB are available freely in the Clarion newsgroups.

Note: As of version 2.0, ProImage now uses Dynamic DLL loading for API calls, so the LIB file is no longer needed.  This totally eliminates any "Duplicate Symbol" errors no matter what Clarion release you are using.
