There are Before and After embeds for the call button.

 

Note:  If using the file handler - you have to add the File Handler "GET" CODE template in the Before embed and the File Handler "Put" CODE template in the After embed.

 

 

These embeds can also be useful to resize the image when returning from the editor (see examples).
