These optional control templates are designed to be used on a procedure where the BrowseShare extension has been added:

 

Notes:

1.Remember to enable the Archive Mode and set the filenames before you try to use these control templates.

2.Remember to add the names of the Archive Alias Tables to the "Other Files"  of the file schematic tab for the procedure (for both the parent and child alias files) so that ProArchive can "see" them.

 

 

Move Record To Archive - this template archives the current browse record.

 

Toggle Archive Mode - this template toggles the browse display between the active and the archive file.

 

Call Archive Process - this template calls a process template procedure to archive multiple records, then refreshes the browse when it is complete.
