It is the easiest way to make sure that your programs put their data and INI files in locations that make them compliant with the UAC requirements of Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2008.

ProPath uses the Windows API to give your program access to file locations as defined by Microsoft Constant Special item ID List equates (CSIDLs).

Path selections can be fixed location (determined by CSIDL and template values only), stored in the Windows Registry and/or stored in an External Control File.

ProPath makes it easy to have separate paths for regular data files and system files such as INI files.

ProPath First Run technology lets your users select or confirm data locations (optionally suggested from CSIDL values) as well run setup procedures when you program is first ran on a computer.

The ProPath Developer mode makes it easy to test your application and troubleshoot client data.

ProPath is a one-stop solution.  No other template is required.

Includes 22 fantastic example applications to get you started!
