Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Clarion ProSeries is operated by LANSRAD. This policy explains the information involved when you browse the Clarion ProSeries website, contact us, subscribe to product news, or purchase our software. It covers the website at clarionproseries.com. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.
Information you choose to provide
- Contact and support. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, message, and any optional product details you submit. We use that information to answer questions and provide support.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, you provide your email address through Kit. We use the subscription to send occasional Clarion ProSeries product announcements, new-version and update notices, and articles. You can unsubscribe using the link in any such email.
- Purchases and licenses. When you purchase a product through Stripe, we receive the order and customer information needed to identify the purchaser, fulfill the order, maintain purchase records, and provide product support. Where a particular product requires a license name, we may also use the name provided for that license. Most installers do not use a license-name mechanism. Stripe handles the payment transaction; we do not ask you to enter payment-card details directly into this website.
Website operation and technical information
Like most hosted websites, the web server may record technical information such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested pages, timestamps, and error messages. This information may be used to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website and its services.
The site may use necessary browser storage for its normal operation. A separate local-storage preference remembers whether you allowed or declined optional analytics.
Optional Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you select Allow Analytics in our consent prompt. Before that choice, our website does not load its Google Analytics tag. If you select Decline, the tag is not loaded by our website.
After you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive information about page views, visits, approximate location, browser/device characteristics, and traffic sources. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. We use these reports to understand site traffic and improve the website.
Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. Use Analytics Settings in the footer at any time to change it. Changing from Allow to Decline stops future analytics collection by our website, but does not delete information that Google may already have received. Clearing browser storage or using another browser or device may cause the consent prompt to appear again.
Our Google Analytics property is separate from Clarion Desktop and Ask Good Questions.
Services involved
We use a limited number of outside services to operate the website:
- Kit operates the optional email subscription form and newsletter delivery.
- Stripe processes payments and supports purchase records and fulfillment.
- Google Analytics provides optional, consent-based visitor measurement.
- Our hosting and email providers support website operation, business communications, and associated technical records.
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. See Kit's Privacy Policy, Stripe's Privacy Policy, and Google's Privacy Policy. Google also describes how it uses information from sites that use its services.
Retention, protection, and your choices
We keep business, order, license, and support records as needed for the purposes described above and for applicable legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type and service provider. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may choose not to subscribe, unsubscribe from emails, or decline optional Google Analytics. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain.
