The Captions tab is where you set the upper and/or lower captions for the image.

 

 

NOTE: The Upper and Lower Caption buttons work the same, so only the Upper Caption is shown here.

 

 

When you click the Upper Caption button you see a list of all the lines of Caption text that have been added to this image.

 

 

 

Note that the lines of text in either the upper or lower caption will appear in the order that they appear in this listbox.

 

 

Clicking Insert (to add a line ) or Properties (to edit one) will display this form:

 

 

Text - you can specify static text by surrounding it in single quotes or enter the name of a variable.

 

Justification - can be LEFT, RIGHT or CENTER on the line.

 

The Font fields (do NOT require single quotes) and all take standard Windows and Clarion values.

 

Place Text on background color - if selected this will enable the Background Color field and create a solid panel behind the text in the color specified.

 

Background Color - enter a standard Clarion color or use the color picker button to select a color.
